This is a Dragon I carved out of chocolate. It weighed approximatly 30#. I won first place in a chocolate carving competition with this piece.Related content

It's the visual crack that I have laced into the code of each image. Once to look at one image, you are compelled to look at more.

I think chocolate is your best medium, from what Ive seen.
All of your other pieces are really nice, and MUCH more than I can do, but I think they still need more of a professional touch to them.

I agree, CHocolate is my best medium. A lot of people are jumping on Sugar work because of the fame and proficiency that Ewald Notter had, but I like chocolate.
