This is pretty awesome.
That Multicam turned out looking very good. You made a color palete file with those colors?
The whole drawing is very good. Great proportions and great use of the combat gear elements.
This is just a personal suggestion but you could try give her some sun glasses to give her a more badass look.

Holy. Crap. I didn't even realize the pattern was hand-drawn until I zoomed in. Thumbs up, sir. Love the work on the G36, too.
I do have one kind of depressing bit of advice. If her plate carrier actually had a plate in it, it wouldn't follow her...uh...contours so nicely. I only say this because you seem to be aiming for practical over sexeh, (
She could be running it without a plate, though if she's airsofting or feeling particularly ballsy, so feel free to ignore that!

It took hours of studying and testings for the multicam, glad you thought it was a "sample".
Yeah, I always aim for the practical look rather than the super smexy one because I just can't imagine women with guns running into a battlefield in bras and panties. xD

Yep, I've opted for slightly bigger irises, more defined head shape and I've made her 6~6 1/2 heads tall instead of the usual 8.
