Seth Sugumar is chemistry student at Los Angeles university. One wild Friday night, he and his friends were one-upping each other to see who could pull off the craziest act. Seth, refusing to lose, donned a duck suit and and jumped around the city while his friends followed him to record the action. It just so happened that they ran into the middle of a robbery scene. In the heat of the moment, Seth confronted the robber. The robber, seeing a huge duck yelling while waddling up to him, erupted into uncontrollable laughter. Seth used the opportunity and made quick work of him, and sent the robber to the police. The next day, the footage was uploaded on Youtube, which quickly spread through the media reaching to the far corners of the world, amassing over over 40 million views in just 2 weeks. Eventually, Seth and his friends decided to return to the scene. Over the course of the next few years, they made several more appearances, each time stopping a criminal from committing some crime, and each time a crazier scenario than the last. This mysterious hero- dubbed “Duckman” by the media, became a figure of great interest and controversy. Thousands of fans patiently wait for the caped crusader’s next appearance, while some, not as welcoming of the figure, wait patiently for their opportunity to bring Duckman to his demise. Meanwhile, Seth Sugumar, a month before graduation, plans to make his final appearance as “Duckman”, before retiring his longtime role.

The idea for this guy has been bubbling in my mind for quite a while, and it's finally come into reality I took inspiration from Batman as well as Saitama (One punch man)

This is my first time seriously using dip pens, as well as doing DC/Marvel style comic book art style, but I'm pretty proud of how it turned out. Duckman was made on Illustrator, while the background is traditional media.
