Wow. This is great. Usually simple, minute flaws stand out to me when I glance at an image;however, no matter how long I look at this, nothing seems wrong. I love the textures and tones. The decaying flesh is awesome, too. If there was anything I'd point out to possibly change, it would be the BG--the transition from black to the colored area seems too abrupt. Maybe fade it a bit more? Technically, it's great the way it is. Overall great piece, man. Bravo.
