I feel like I am being sucked into that eye. It reminds me of The Ring. I don't know why. I think the eye has an equine quality to it.

Even though a blackened eye is a common image.. When I saw it, the image really disturbed me. I don't really know why. Maybe the sudden CLOSENESS to it. Maybe it's the deepness of the "stare."
Either way.. nice manipulation.
