He got his cutie mark at the age of 15(kinda late). From a child on, he has always wanted to be like his mom-very powerful and raises the moon whenever its time to.He tried and tried to raise the moon every night, but wasn't able to do it and almost wanted to give up trying.Until one night, he saw something shiny, shimmering, bright and beautiful;it was a bright shooting star that fell from the sky.He starred at it for while and suddenly his horn started to use magic by its self.Apollo wasn't able to control his horn and was unconscious some seconds long.When he woke up he saw the moon shining bright in the sky and wondered how it already got there.Luna came to look for him and found him on the palace balcony sitting and staring at the moon.Then she realized that he got his cutie mark, told that to Apollo and he was so happy like never before.

Apollo-I already told his cutie mark story When Apollo was born, his horn had a red tip and nopony knew why.He got it from his father and although Sombra became good and lost his old evil look, Apollo had it now too.That means that Apollo has a touch of magic that Sombra has used when he was evil-but this dosn't mean that Apollo is also evil.It just means that with his father's magic, he can do some evil that Sombra used to do, but he always tries to control his magic so that nopony would get harmed.
