suggested to me that when testing the wings, another injury that could occur is having your shoulder detached from your socket. After it happens once, the chance of it getting detached again increases. Over time it becomes less and less painful when it detaches, so the person will eventually be able to just pop it in and out without any problem.
I'm trying to develop a more efficient meathod of coloring, particularly comics -- I'm not the patient type to zoom in at 200% and add those little tedious details....so I try to incorporate my watercolor techniques to photoshop, which involved much less detail. (Plus, I don't like drawing on the computer as much) -- I'm happy that it only took about 3 and a half hours to color
The drawings on the other hand...that took a while. Ever try to draw someone dislocating their shoulder and placing their arm around their back?
So gross.

Most likely, Fynley tore his rotator cuff in his shoulder as well. I have a bf that has a torn rotator cuff and it looks creepy, but cool. I love Rastor's reaction to his brother.

He has some experience in the medical field and he sometimes does it to freak me out. It also dislocates when he raises his arms above his head. Even though it's torn, it's still painful.

I especially love the middle one with him bending it aasoiugoshdfoi all out of it's socket! I really like the way the watercolor looks with the photoshop editing too. It's like the perfect balance of traditional and digital! Plus, sounds like it takes a lot less time to finish!

Amelia's penultimate expression is my favorite one in this whole strip, hahasofhsgsgoshg. THAT FACE IS CLEARLY SAYING "WTF." I HAVE NEVER SEEN IT MORE CLEARLY ON ANY FACE BEFORE.
And then she goes back to being calm and bookish, lol. Alas, Fynley, I don't know if you'll ever be able to impress your lady-love. SHE IS SO COLD.
But... but... dislocated limbs are ickyyyyy. DAMN FYNLEY HOW CAN YOU DO THAT TO YOURSELF. EVEN IF IT DOESN'T HURT, MAN, IT'S... IT'S.... AKHSOIGHSGHLSHG. I have heard that about dislocations, though -- that they hurt less and less the more often they occur. And who gets hurt more often that Fynley? (Rhetorical question of the century, that one)

Thanks!! I changed her expression a few times, I wasn't exactly sure what I was going for -- the "oh my!" or "OH MY GOD" ... Her heart. It is the north pole. (He grosses her out when they're actually a couple -- he does that arm behind the back thing and holds her hand with it when she isn't looking, then she's like "aww Fynley just took my hand- BAGH WHAT THE HE** FYN")
