Oh gosh that was really cute. It's like with books -- the more beat-up they are, the more they've been loved, and I'm really glad you see that sentiment carrying over into the context of stuffed animals. There's definitely a lot of history between you and Copycat, and I think this is a fitting nod to your long-lived relationship. I'm glad I got to end my day with this!

And I agree with you. Being able to see a stuffed animal all worn out because you loved it so much and took it everywhere is definitely more memorable than one kept well-preserved.
