Now this is awesome and I almost feel like an uneducated fool even risking commenting on it (I am rubbish at photography so I feel no right to critique)
The actual image itself is brilliant, the model is absolutely beautiful, all the fine little details like the metal bracelet and the leather? straps and the ring on her finger contrast perfectly with the softness of the lingerie she is wearing, which is striking, it really draws it all to the eye of the viewer. I almost feel that by solely commenting on what she is wearing, I'm actually taking away from the model's very striking beauty, she obviously takes care of herself and I can only imagine the work out it involves keeping her body looking like that. Now, onto the male part, sorry: there is something ridiculously sexy about that stomach and the way that she appears to be perspiring (Is that even the right word?), it definitely evokes an eroticism that I think definitely deserves more than "Freaking HOT!!" as a comment (No offense to the above poster, i just thought this image deserved more than that)
Now, onto the part that you probably want to hear more, being the photographer, well, let me say, it's brilliant photography, the shadows counteract the little specks of light perfectly and the whole dark blue coloring into the natural skin tones is nothing short of amazing, would it be rude to ask if you edit within photoshop later? I know from the blurring that it's gotta be edited, unless the model is secretly The Flash 
And, after that incessant rambling, now you're probably beginning to understand why I shouldn't comment on stuff
