From my Bleach fanfic cosmology. One of the Inique Réprouve (Iniquitous Reprobates), a group of 12 pairs of wicked sinners of infamous renown turned Devils, representing the most wicked aspects of mortals, being the strongest of the seven-horned Devils of the 7th Hell.

They represent Ambition and Trciher (Cheat) respectively. In life, they were Public Enemy no. 1- Al Capone and Virginia Hill- Queen of the Mob, famous gangsters of the 1920s and 1930s, with Baurel being formerly the girlfriend of mobster Bugsy Siegel.

In life, Baruel had a good memory, a considerable flair for hole-in-the-corner diplomacy to allay the suspicions of trigger-happy killers, and a dual personality of being nice/cold-blooded, close-lipped about essentials, and able to chatter freely, and apparently foolishly about inconsequential information without worry if it leaking out. As a Devil, she's affable with a tendency to be a cheater, thief, and all-around thug.

In life, Balidcoh was dominating, uncouth, reckless, and political, being ambitious in controlling all of Chicago before being arrested and gradually devolved to a childlike state before he died. As a Devil, he could be kind and generous to some and deranged and violent to others, being a merciless, cold and calculating gangster.

Balidcoh is able to manipulate ambition, being empowered by his own ambition, manipulate the desires of targets, mind control, and alter success rates via probability. Baurel is a trickster who excels in disguise mastery, escaping, scamming others, laying traps, having a psychological grasp on targets, and alter probability to ensure her cheating succeeds.
