The 8th Primordial Fleet Captain of the Rocks Pirates, Copter was a Mink doctor that was banished from Zou for his inclusion-beliefs that Minks should integrate with public society- building relations with other races to create peaceful coexistence- but the Elders of his time refused to see his reasonings and cast him out. Copter would become the Captain of his own crew, the Wild Pirates until Xebec managed to convince Copter to join his crew in order to achieve their shared goals. Copter became one of Xebec's closest confidants and followers. He is both the crew's doctor and one of their heavy hitters. During the God's Valley incident, he was sent to a secret 7th Level of Impel Down but he made a request to Vegapunk the 39th to turn Copter's son he had with a Mink that was on his personal crew- from a Mink to a pseudo animal. This son became Chopper's father, the son resenting Chopper due to resembling the father that cursed him to be in this state.

Copter is calm and passive, willing to be bullied by others, kindhearted, compassionate and patient almost to a fault, acting often out of protective selflessness for his loved ones, new friends and sometimes even toward his enemies. He has both a childlike purity and a level of higher maturity than his peers. His anger never manifests in outbursts but in controlled but sudden bursts of intimidation or in secluded cases, violence. He is also a serious doctor that was obscured tragically by the Government but certain doctors like Hiriluk and Kureha have once heard and even met him- not making the connection between Copter and Chopper.

He has all four Ruler Haki, All Nature Haki types, Balance Haki, Sorcery Haki, Divine Haki, and Crazy Haki. Copter an ability to enter the Sulong state even in daytime and utilize Electro whenever needed. He ate the Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit- Ox-Ox: Wendigo Peryton fruit. It enables one to become a feral monster that can fly, walk on air, manipulate coldness, digest anything, cast illusions, hyper regeneration, telekinesis, telepathy, vocal replication, get stronger via consumption, and shadow manipulation.
