From my One Piece fanfic cosmology. The tailor of the Evil Pirates who lived in what would become the Weald Line, was being attacked by a monster until Eve and Lily saved him, leading Ronan to join the crew. Ronan is the ancestor of Mare, Oberon, Titania, the Tontatas, other prominent Fair Folk, etc.

Ronan is a bit too excited about hurting and doing nasty tricks to enemies, using illusions, shape-shifting, etc. to confuse them and cut them while their guard is done. He is an exceptional tailor which is why he's kept around. He's very obsessive about his share of his treasure, being very cross if someone tries to take it. He is obedient to Lily and Eve, never actually being good- being the sort of Roger Pirate's cabin boy- Buggy of his generation. While having a lot of ambition, he can be cowardly at times. He does have some loved ones so he's not completely irredeemable.

He has Advanced Observation/Armament/Conquerors Haki, Floral/Space/Time/Earth/Water Nature Haki, Sorcery Haki, Faerie Justice Haki, Injustice Haki, Divine Haki, Crazy Haki, and Mana Mastery. He ate the Stitch-Stitch Fruit, Paramecia-class Devil Fruit which grants him the ability to stitch things together and un-stitch them as if nothing happened. The stitches are strong enough to immobilize a person on the ground. Ronan also uses it in combat to sew his enemies to the ground and then stab them while they're helpless. His Awakening allows him to summon the Devil-Devil: Patchwork- an entity that allows Ronan to restructure anything it touches for both offensive and supportive purposes via stitches. Offensively, it can split open whatever is within its area of effect as if cutting with a knife. This "splitting" is similar to the act of dissecting something by cutting it open. Supportively, it can restructure something by stitching it back together; this can be used as a form of healing. It also can be used as a way to bring something to an optimal working state by enhancing it such as unstitching and then re-stitching the body to make it more durable. All uses of this are manifested in the form of cutting said objects into parts and then using stitches to sew the pieces back together. He can also create a path for others to move through obstacles or barriers to teleport across the battlefield.

As a member of the Fair Folk, Ronan has innate space-time manipulation, intangibility, misdirection inducement, fairy dust manipulation, flight via wings, teleportation, telekinesis, extrasensory perception, illusion casting, mind control, spell-casting, transmutation, and plant manipulation.
