From my Bleach fanfic cosmology. While the Soul Society knows of 9 Levels of Hell, there is a secret 10th Level, in which especially damned souls are trapped in perpetual darkness. It is guarded by the Dix Commandements Maléfiques de la Géhenne (Ten Maleficent Commandments of Gehenna), the top 10 strongest ten-horned Devils of Hell, serving their Hell Lord and serving directly under the Hell Gods- the four rulers of Hell.

An inhumanly logical machine that deploys mercilessly pragmatic and brutal offensive maneuvers on enemies seeing it as war, in spite of speaking in a generally quiet tone of voice. He is calm, intelligent, and extremely rational in spite of his generally brutish appearance. He is very loyal to his Hell Lord and obeys her every command. Due to his Commandment, he dislikes conflict, going to extreme lengths to end fights in decisive and brutal matters so they don't prolong.

His Commandment of No Conflict, negates conventional fighting in his presence, forcing targets to be unorthodox in fighting him. His element is Water, which allows him to generate torrents of water to flood areas to drown them, and utilize pressurized water to pierce/cut through defenses, and various water-based powers. He has innate robotic abilities such as rocket punches, eye-lasers, shoulder cannons, scanning vision, jet propulsion flight, and nanomachine regeneration. He also utilizes electricity to reanimate the dead, shadow manipulation, and intangibility.
