From my Bleach fanfic cosmology. While the Soul Society knows of 9 Levels of Hell, there is a secret 10th Level, in which especially damned souls are trapped in perpetual darkness. It is guarded by the Dix Commandements Maléfiques de la Géhenne (Ten Maleficent Commandments of Gehenna), the top 10 strongest ten-horned Devils of Hell, serving their Hell Lord and serving directly under the Hell Gods- the four rulers of Hell.

Urigo is calculating, sadistic, and cunning. He hangs back and observes in many battles, looking for a single opponent who captures his interest. Once found, he pursues and provokes them with mind games until the two meet for their final battle, wherein he will defeat them but not kill them due to his Commandment. He has some sense of personal honor: he despises taking hostages and prefers to challenge enemies directly in combat. Extremely ruthless, sadistic, and cold-blooded. He strongly believes in the concept of social Darwinism, in which the weak exist for the benefit of the strong, and generally appears devoid of compassion or mercy for weaklings. He also possesses a dark and twisted sense of humor, making dark jokes at his enemy. He is quite manipulative and is skilled in exploiting a person's psychology to facilitate his own devices. He revels in combat, seeking strong enemies to fight in prolonged fights to enjoy the carnage.

Having the Commandment of No Murder, he is incapable of killing his enemies, but this doesn't translate to pacifism, but rather inflicting eternal suffering on those he defeats. His Element is Metal, which he uses to generate weapons from his body, with his favorite being swords. He can generate a barrage of blades to rain on his enemies, elongate his blades, and generate blades that are able to pierce/cut through any defense- metaphysical/physical in nature. He is a master swordsman.
