From my Bleach fanfic cosmology. While the Soul Society knows of 9 Levels of Hell, there is a secret 10th Level, in which especially damned souls are trapped in perpetual darkness. It is guarded by the Dix Commandements Maléfiques de la Géhenne (Ten Maleficent Commandments of Gehenna), the top 10 strongest ten-horned Devils of Hell, serving their Hell Lord and serving directly under the Hell Gods- the four rulers of Hell. Zobha is the commander of the Ten Commandments.

Due to his love of battles and his inability to find an opponent who has been able to match him in power, he roamed the universes looking for worthy opponents who would be able to stand against him. At the same time, in battle, he was shown to have very cautious and serious behavior, attempting to end fights quickly and make sure his opponent didn't have any chance to surprise him. Out of all of the Ten Commandments, he shows an unwavering, pious worship of his Hell Lord. With the revelation he was previously, Kagutsuchi, his devotion to his mother, Izanami, the Hell Lord of the 10th Hell, who protected him from being killed by Izanagi at the cost of going to the Afterlife, is understandable and serves her out of a sense of guilt. Much like the other Ten Commandments, Zobha is affable and much less malicious than the other Devils, being very courteous, and showing respect and admiration to strong enemies.

Due to his Commandment, he is able to force loyalty upon targets, negating betrayal within groups as a passive power. His element is a mix of magma and Lightning, conducting powerful lightning storms, generating lightning speeds, electromagnetism, electroreception to detect targets, generating force-fields, control electric particles to transmute materials, causing eruptions from generated volcanoes, firestorm creation, omni-combustion, forging weapons from his volcanic core, etc., necromancy, hellfire manipulation, and shadow manipulation.
