Description
Poster Series for a branding project I'm doing for Scout Interactive.Logo isn't quite final, but its close. So tweaky things are still appreciated.
We wanted something military inspired, without the look and feel of the military. Ideas like exactness, efficiency, interactivity, and also the way information moves are represented here. We fealt the colors warm up the piece, and put a slightly approachable and humanistic spin on what is usually cold and unaproachable.
Typeface is a tweaked out version of a neville brody font, props if you know the name of it. The interactivity is a custom font check [link]

Really great work. I love the lines as secondary elements. Are you going to be making a whole system for them?

Really nice way to break with convention there. My first thought when I saw the lineup was that you were sort of referencing a scoutβs knot book. The third one, in particular, has a sort of hangmanβs knot sort of feel to it. I dig it.

They would make nice posters/banners. I think the type is too small though.

I think the forms and they way in which they interact implies fire, which works with the "scout" sentimintality nicely.

Yeah, I think there's just enough here for people to really connect to it.
Thanks
