Can I make a small suggestion? I feel like where his joints are or where he can pivot (waist, neck) should be comprised of much smaller pebbles that can slide and grind. Larger rocks look stiff and too rigid to give him mobility in those areas. May also make it slightly less comic-book-static-imagey and slightly more real-life-live-motiony
