This, clearly, isn't finished. But I'm posting since I feel it shows where I'm headed with it. And because I wanted to update my progress and show I'm still working on it. And, and, because I'm so excited to share it I couldn't wait.
Ben was Reed's college roommate. So he is around Reed's age. I'd make his Thing form a motion capture CG character like Hulk or Thanos. And when he moves you should hear stones clacking, or grinding, or what have you, depending on what the action is. Of coarse the sounds shouldn't be overwhelming but imagine a slight subtle sound when he raises an eyebrow, or rock hitting each other sounds when he is hit in the face. Like they did in Spider-Man, I tried doing things they didn't do, or not do things they did, in previous ff movies.

I don't have an actors in mind.

I could see them becoming the first "celebrity" super heroes. Stark is, but they get ab agent. Trademark the 4 logo (having to put a circle around it to do so.) Patent all Reed's inventions. Copyright and trademark their likenesses and allow a comic based on them, Toys, cartoon, clothing lines, etc. All to fund their research, adventures, living, etc.
Also mentioned by someone on the Reed post, the Future Foundation is a family business. Reed, Sue, Johnny and Ben, are CEOs and run things.
The Future Foundation is like Horizon Labs in Marvel's Spider-Man.

Reed is about 35-45, leaning towards 45. Sue is about 5 years younger. Johnny is about the same age as Peter Parker. (l'd love to see them become friends. It could be one of Tom Holland's MCU cameos.) So if Peter was 15 in Homecoming... It would all depend on when this film came out in relation to Spider-Man. Ben is about Reed and Sue's age. When they meet (again Dr. Victor Von Doom he too is about Reed's age. Since he was college roommates with Reed and Ben.)
Ben is meant to look like a bruiser, former football player in college, but is just a big softy at heart. I could see him being like an Uncle Buck type... only with a curmudgeon twist.
There would be a real family feel to the team. Reed and Sue being like the parents and Ben being like the Uncle. Johnny being like the "son" sort of. But Ben and Johnny are also like brothers. Sue is actually Johnny's sister. Etc.

Their uniforms, like Stark's Armor would constantly be changing. Jumpsuits, jackets, snow gear, space suits, etc. They would always be wearing unstable cosmic atom designed suits by Reed. Except maybe Ben. Who only requests shorts because his clothes/uniforms are always getting torn up.
