A high pitched voice yowled, complaining. It was Scar’s son, Nuka.
— Nuka, dear… — A thick, but still sweet voice said. Sarabi sat near the cub, who was on the peak of crying.
— It’s not fair, Sarabi! It just isn’t… I was born first! How come a brat who isn’t even Scar’s son gets to be King, but I don’t? — The cub whined, crying.
— Nuka, your father has always been a “picky” ever since he was your age. He doesn’t look for the oldest, but yes, strongest. — Sarabi huffed. — And by saying that, it doesn’t mean that you’re weak. Nuka, you are a golden-hearted cub, and I know that both of your parents love you… — She said that, hoping it would be true. The little lion cried, and put his head against the former Queen’s shoulder.
— Shh… Shh… It’s alright now.
