Done! man I did this fast! he looks a lot different than his first incarnation! explination to come later!So the above description says it all, but here's a few other facts:
Pelleas is currently journeying to try to meet a legendary pokemon, so that he can gain its perspective on wether or not he is wrong in his beliefs.
Danabi is not technically captured: Pelleas has befriended him, and doesnt keep him in a pokeball.
Pelleas is more of a coordinator, but Danabi is a fearsome tactitian in his own right
The Two communicate telepathically
Pelleas is an increadibly smooth talker: his job in Team Plasma is to recruit others!

I'm mad jelling over your clothing design, it's so detailed in all the right ways. If the plasma uniforms all looked like this, I'm sure more would convert :'D
FFFF- ever since you linked me to that scrap and kind of threw him in the roleplay I've wanted to do one focused on him, not only is his design awe inspiring, but you write him so well

Oh hello sweet, sweet colors~
His sketch was absolutely gorgeous, and now with these colors he is absolutely delicious~ So pale and lovely with such voluminous hair, and cute blue eyes, he's like a lovely porcelain doll
And seeing such a lovely pale throat exposed is just driving me crazy~
I really love how his outfit looks, you really sexed up the Plasma threads, and the colors compliment him so well. The beaded cord in the front is a cute personal touch, and I am quite in love with his gloves and arm braces~
And hnng, his waist is such a wonderful curve~ Those boots are also amazing, they look great colored, the style really suits the outfit well!
Danabi also looks amazing, he really complements Pelleas, the two look great together.
Also, since I'm such a sucker for protective Pokemon, I just had to melt seeing Danabi is protective of Pelleas, and that mysterious little tidbit of a possible identity is very cool, too~
As for Pelleas, all I can say is yum~ So young and lovely, he's sure to be teased to have such a pretty face >9 Young and confused pretty boys, what a perfect delicacy for a Rocket to prey upon~
Can't wait to see him in action ;3
