Description
This is jsut a little render test I did in Terragen. I'm trying to figure out simple animations in it, and I figured I'd try a sunset. The view is if the sun were setting behind you though, so don't get confused as to why you cannot see the sun. It's there, just hiding behind you...
Well enjoy!

well, I live in a desert out here in Pahrump. So in order to reach the trees and rivers in the mountains, its about a 4 hour drive, then another 4 hour hike. and we have tons of mountain lions in the summer. the code color is at red this year, and I don't support guns. So it's kinda hard to go hiking knowing that they are out there. that's why i wish i lived in Minnesota... It's so nice there, and there's no mountain lions, wolves keep their distance, and there are lakes EVERYWHERE to go fishing in. I miss Minnesota...

If it were me, I'd be more concerned about bears o.o
But I see what you mean. I live 4 hours away from the mountains as well.

we don't get bears out here, just huge mountain lions, poisonous spiders, scorpions, centipeeds... That sort of stuff...

lol, it's not so bad when they are outside the tent scratching around on it, but when they are just inside and you see them crawling around. Blagagahahhaa..

O__O No, you don't understand. Out of all the creatures that walk this earth, scorpions and starfish are creatures that mortify me.

Ok, well, I went on a kayaking trip about 6 years ago with my dad. When we were out kayaking, I was put into a double-seater kayak with one of our guides. The tide was low that day, and we were paddling just off the shore beside some cliffs that only get revealed when the tide recedes. Because of that, there were a whole bunch of sea-critters stuck on a small overhang. I leaned in a bit closer for a look, and the guide thought it would be funny if he pushed me closer so I could get a better view. There was a starfish hanging by one tentacle, and he didn't know, so he kept pushing me closer and closer, and I could see it's mouth opening and closing, almost like it was grabbing for my face.
It just freaked me out, and ever since then, I shudder whenever I see a starfish. o_o
