Description
(ATTACK/TACTICAL MOVE)
-Novice Level
-Low Damage
-Low Energy Cost
Description: This is the most standard move for an air element dragon. It allows the user to fire a blast of air that can be used as an attack to deal damage, or as a tactical move to interact with the environment.
Scent Disguise
(TACTICAL MOVE)
-Novice Level
-No Damage
-Low Energy Cost
Description: This is a tactical move that allows the user to bend the air around themself into a bubble, that completely hides their scent. Making them virtually invisible to animal-class creatures.
Force Push
(ATTACK/TACTICAL MOVE)
-Novice Level
-??? Damage
-Low Energy Cost
Description: Using this technique allows the user to force the air around them into an invisible field that can be used to push an opponent or object. It can do anywhere from 0 damage, to an instant kill, depending on where it is used.
Force Pull
(ATTACK/TACTICAL MOVE)
-Novice Level
-??? Damage
-Low Energy Cost
Description: Using this technique allows the user to attract the air around them into an invisible field that can be used to draw an opponent or object closer to the user. It can do anywhere from 0 damage, to an instant kill, depending on where, and how it is used.
Slow Breaths
(PERK)
-Adept Level
-No Damage
-Low Energy Cost
Description: When this perk is unlocked, the user learns how to breath more slowly. Making it harder for predators to detect them, and also allowing them to fly into the upper atmosphere, where the oxygen level is far lower. It also allows the user to safely walk through toxic gas, ashen air, and freezing winds without taking any damage.
Cloud Cover
(TACTICAL MOVE)
-Adept Level
-No Damage
-Low Energy Cost
Description: When this ability is used, the user creates a density in the air that causes a thick fog to appear. It can act like a smokescreen, to allow for a quick escape.
Oxygen Vacuum
(TACTICAL MOVE)
-Apprentice Level
-High Damage
-Low Energy Cost
Description: Using this move drains most of the breathable oxygen out of the air around the user. It concentrates around the user, so that they may still breathe, but for those within a 50 foot radius, it's like trying to breathe in the upper atmosphere. Using this move can cause an opponent to suffocate, and it can only be used for about 10 seconds before it requires a 10 minute recharge.
Great Heights
(PERK)
-Expert Level
-No Damage
-Low Energy Cost
Description: When this perk is unlocked, the user now gains the ability to fly into the upper hemisphere of the planet, without taking any damage from the g-forces or lack of oxygen. Only dragons with this technique can reach heights of more than 4,500 feet.
Silent as the Wind
(PERK)
-Expert Level
-No Damage
-Low Energy Cost
Description: Unlocking this perk gives the user the ability to move silently, regardless of how much they weigh, or what they are wearing. The wind moves around them in a way that completely muffles all sound they create. They are rendered invisible, unless they enter the vision range of another being.
Storm Call
(ATTACK/TACTICAL MOVE)
-Master Level
-High Damage
-High Energy Cost
Description: Using this move allows the user to call forth a furious storm. The storm however is randomized, and can be either a lightning storm or a blizzard.
Storm Clear
(ATTACK/TACTICAL MOVE)
-Master Level
-No Damage
-Moderate Energy Cost
Description: When this ability is used, the weather in their area becomes clear.
***Hurricane Fury
(ATTACK MOVE)
-Guardian Level
-Immense Damage
-Maximum Energy Cost
Description: This technique is the Mastery of Air move, and in order for it to be used, the dragon must have learned all prior moves, and have trained with Elder Sierra. When this move is used, the user summons the force of a hurricane! A wind tornado spirals around them and they become a force of the wind. They literally become the tornado and have control of where it goes. This move only lasts for 10 seconds, but it causes massive damage to anything in the area. Random lightning bolts will also strike the area surrounding the tornado.
Here is wind for you. ^_^

I liked a lot the idea of the capacity of going to different parts of the atmosphere, and the stealth part was a clear appearance. The vacuum of oxygen really seems useful but kinda complex no?
