Description: This is a basic electrical attack. The user simply breathes a few bolts of lightning in a concentrated direction.

Description: Using this ability causes the user to launch a ball of condensed electrical energy at a distant target. it has a maximum range of 30 feet, and can do additional damage to a wet opponent. It also has a 10% knock-back rate.
Lightning Blast

-Moderate Energy Cost
Description: When a dragon uses this ability they launch a single bolt of lightning at the target. It does moderate damage upon impact, and can cause additional damage to water elementals. It also has a 20% stun rate, and requires a 5 minute recharge.

Description: This is a melee attack that is charged with the users electrical energy. It has a very slight chance to stun.

Description: Unlocking this perk allows the user's electrical attacks to gain an additional 20% damage rating.
Thunder Boom
(TACTICAL MOVE)

Description: This ability does little damage, because it is a sonic attack. The user creates a boom of thunder can has a 100% knock-back rate and it will do critical damage to Shadow elementals, and The Possessed.
Energy-Blitz

Description: This energy costly move sends out skittering bolts of electricity in a circular wave around the user. The bolts will do substantial damage to anything they come in contact with, and have a chance to stun. This move requires an hour to recharge.
Electrify!
(TACTICAL MOVE)

-High Energy Cost
Description: This tactical move allows the user to electrify any targeted object. When an enemy comes in contact with the object, they will instantly take a great deal of shock damage. This move can also be used to magnetize metal objects.
Storm Call
(TACTICAL MOVE)
-Master Level

-High Energy Cost
Description: When this move is used, the user calls forth a powerful thunderstorm. Bolts of lightning that crash down have an 87% hit rate to enemies, and will do great impact damage. This technique will attack the user as well, and the storm will not subside for at least an hour.
Electro-Wave
(ATTACK MOVE)

-Immense Damage
-Immense Energy Cost
Description: Using this move causes the user to send out a pulsating wave of electrical energy that will instantly kill most lesser enemies. Anything that comes in contact with the wave gets electrocuted to the point that their heart explodes. This move drains the life force of the user, and as such can only be used once a month.
Lightning Sphere
(ATTACK MOVE)

-Great Damage
-Maximum Energy Cost
Description: This move is an amped up version of the Electro Ball attack, except that instead of firing the sphere, the user becomes surrounded by it. And when this technique is used, it doesn't just do a great deal of impact damage, it also heals the user back to full health. It has a three hour recharge.

Description: This technique is the Master of Electricity move, and in order to learn it the user must have first learned all prior moves, and have trained with Elder Denki. Using it causes the dragon to fly into the air as a sphere of electrical energy forms around them. It builds in size and power until hundreds of lightning bolts begin crashing down fro m the sky at random! The bolts have a 99% hit ratio and last for 10 seconds. During this time, the user can fly around in their sphere of lightning, and fire giant bolts of electricity at any desired target. Most lesser enemies can be killed in a single blast from this massive bolt, and stronger enemies will be instantly paralyzed. After the 10 seconds have passed, all energy fades and the user is forced to rest for 5 seconds. Their energy is drained immensely, and they can barely move. This ability can only be used once per month.

With high enough voltage traveling through the aortic valves of a heart, the intense pressure created from the boiling blood can be enough to rupture the walls of the veins, flooding blood into the heart to the point it cannot contain it until it eventually tears through the heart wall, thus exploding.

oh, okay, that makes sense but I think they would be dead with far less electricity since the heart is basicly a muscle and thus functions by reacting to low electric pulses caused by the sinoatrial node and the AV node (actually, the av node simply conducts the electricity exept if the sinoatrial node dosn't work it can also generate a stand in pulse which is, however slower than the normal one) and a good shock would mess that up pretty badly (or fix it, if it's broken, maybe there could be some kind of drawback to using electricity too often in a short amount of time? random revivals with 25% helth
).

Kinda like how they jumpstart someone's heart in a hospital. I would think the best use of that would be a passive ability for the user. Something that causes their element to restart their heart if it ever stops beating.

I still think that it would be great to stop potentiall spamming by having some enemies that got killed by lightning be revived by it, but an inbuild defi sounds good too.

I was personally awaiting for this one! It's my favourite element and I just couldn't avoid making a smile of satisfaction by the many abilities you created. A very versatile element and one of the most difficult to master. I noticed oddly there's more abilities that require the master rank and expert. As I said before, this element has a lot of ways to use and you created lots of possibilities. I specially like the the last one, very creative.
