OMG FINALLY!
It's actually insane to think that this was her last ref update:
0.o Like, holy crap. That's so insanely old!
I didn't realize how truly and utterly out of date her ref was.
As a character, Neff has come so far over the years, especially design wise.
I look back to her very first ref from 2003,
And my god- the changes my art style has gone through is astronomical.
Never ever give up on your art.
Always keep trying to learn and improve, and you can do it!
