It pretty much prevents it. It takes me 2 hours to fall asleep normally.

i see... have you tried any sleep aid type medicine or vitamin? there is a sleep aid combo that my mother took with Melatonin and Valerian Root and it helped with her sleep....

i hear ya... i hate taking medicines too.... i take them if i need them, but i won't if i don't have to....

yeah, if you want to give the Melatonin and valerian Root a try, it really helped my mother and little sister. here is some websites that talk about both of them:
