I think the point they're stressing is that in the Sonic series, the females all wear clothes, so Julie-Su's a bit of an oddity.
Of course, the comics were always looser with who does and doesn't get clothes so it's prolly only noticeable to fans of the games.

I've been noticing that too.
I love the world and characters the comics have made for themselves, but my personal bias is affected by the fact that I was introduced to the games long before I knew there were comics. As long as they don't change the characters' personalities, I'm actually glad the comics are starting to resemble the games more; especially the females wearing clothes, despite just how minor a detail that really is. These changes make it easier for me to get into and familiar with the comics.
On the downside though, I fear that increased emphasis on the games will mean that great, comic-created characters like Mammoth Mogul will get overlooked or even downplayed. Judging by what I've seen of Ian Flynn's work and the amount of comics-heavy information the recent Sonic Encyclopedia had though, I don't think this is too present a danger just yet.

That was cool how Mega Collection included so much historical information and media on Sonic, including his comics. That was truly an anniversary/celebration game done well.
My first exposure to Sonic was Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog (back when it was on TV), but I didn't play any of his games until Sonic Heroes; didn't read any Archie comics until sometime around 2008. With how scattered I am with this franchise, it's a wonder I ever got into it.

Très joli,vraiment,j'adore la façon dont tu as dessiner son épine mécanisée. o:
Le background colle parfaitement avec le dessin et est très bien réalisé et la colo est vraiment belle,surtout sur ses mèches "devant".Son arme est aussi très bien faite,y'a juste les mains qui sont un peu bizarre,mais ça on peut pas t'en vouloir,les mains,même Chuck Norris arriverait pas à bien les réaliser. x_x
Bref pour faire court j'aime beaucoup,continue comme ça. (:
