Well, yes, I do. I don't want them to go anywhere with an elaborate background.
Not that I'd draw much detail after the first panel or two.

How about a granite page. Since you use Photoshop to colour in, you can mark the background in some colour and fill it with a subtle grainy texture for the walls. (just a thought)
