The Black/White Lodge, also called The Other Place, is one of several Twin Peaks references in Springaling. I wanted to make it clear that they were leaving Fazbear's Fright once and for all and going to a place not of this world, and a realm of fluffy clouds is just too stinkin' cliche. So, they are passing through The Other Place, the color scheme of which echoes the black-and-white tiles with maroon borders that we see in the pizzerias.
I thought about doing the zigzag floors of the original. For about three seconds. Drawing that would have driven me over the edge.

Honestly, this is the best possible ending for Springtrap, a chance for what he wanted, a peaceful life, and the curse of his past finally left behind him. Bravo madam storyteller, my hat off to you. Never saw it coming

Well, two things from here.
1. Springtrap returns to the past and lives his life over the same as before, ending the same way. Unless a certain soul goes back and saves young Springtrap.
2. He is reborn on modern Earth, where, given our more enlightened state, he is removed from such a terrible childhood and doesn't become the killer he was.

Or 3: it's random where he ends up; hopefully it's better but there's no guarantee.

now the question is: will he keep his memories?

Wait. Will he remember this life? Will the kids be alive? WILL THERE BE MORE SPRINGGALING?

He gets a do-over. That means not being haunted by his past life.

His spirit starts over. New life, new parents, new experiences. What happened to Puppet and the others already happened. But Springtrap doesn't have to spend the rest of eternity hating himself for existing. Maybe he'll make the same mistakes, or new ones, or have a happy life. New start, new possibilities.
On the other hand, everything he was, everything he experienced and learned, just got annihilated. Everything that made him the individual he was... just ceased to exist. So, I'm really not sure if it was a generosity, or justice.
