Springtrap likes to give the puppet nicknames to yank his chain. Marcel Marceau because he looks like a mime, Slenderman because he looks like that too, Pinnocchio because he's a marionette, and so on. At the moment he's about to go on a rant directed at the Puppet's religious beliefs, so he calls him by the name of an angel, implying that the Puppet is holier-than-thou and thinks himself God's mouthpiece.
