Description
Reworked final 'Hell' Form for my original DBZ-type character, "Iscer".I decided against the previous angled raptor legs, so he now has traditional legs (they're much easier to work with).
But hey, let me know your thoughts on it.
I'm working on a story between him and my other character, "N", which will be told eventually one way or another. I've just had the two stuck in my mind recently.

So whats the story on this character? cause i gotta say he beats Frieza hands down but i dont know about Cooler, anyways great design style and form! heh its really cool~

His story is still in the works, but he's the cousin of both Frieza and Cooler, somewhat older than both. He's also more powerful than Cooler as it was the form on this pic that gave Cooler a reason to push himself into achieving a final form of his own. I'll be updating some of my story on my account sometime soon, I'm sure.

Sick. Sick. The newer one looks better, as far as tougher, and not skinny goes. The standard legs make sense and fit well. The best part is how he doesn't look like he's falling over. XP

Well with the restructured legs I had to adjust his relaxed pose-- he wasn't falling over in either picture!

Probably true.. Iscer had an immeasureably high power level, but only for the freiza-esque timeline. Yours is probably at the very least rivaling an SSJ4, and Iscer would barely stand a chance against SSJ2... lol

I like the color scheme. And I believe that both versions are quite good, but I prefer the standard legs, especially if he can fly, 'cause if that's the case, he wouldn't really have a purpose for double-jointed legs, since they are developed for running fast.

lol, sorry! I've been usin' this one for awhile so I promise I didn't steal him. The name isn't terribly inventive though so I'm not too surprised if there are other fan-chars with the same name.
