Requiem- Porygon*

Trace: Special ability becomes the same as that of the opponent.
Download: Attack is increased when the foe’s Defense is lower than its Special Defense or increases Special Attack when the foe’s Special Defense is lower than its Defense.
Analytic: Attack power increases by 30% if the Pokémon is the last Pokémon to attack this turn

NOTE: Although Requiem is technically genderless, it is most often referred to as 'he' or 'him.'

Requiem is a stubborn, cynical pokemon. The only reason he joined as a Rogue is so that he can mess with society and watch the effects he has on their 'inferior intelligence.' Once working as maintenance in Steel City, he left right after the glitch incident that caused the deaths of many Pokemon. Most of the time, he takes a hard pessimistic stance on issues. It is rare to see him without an angry look in his eyes.
-Curses like a sailor when in a rage fit
-Loves to watch Pokemon in pain, especially when they don't know he cause their issues
-Absolutely hates anyone that is optimistic all the time
