Actually , you can blame takara for this case ( Because Takara is behind all of this XD . They want sunrise writer write some anime with simple story which can attract childrens to buy their stuff)
Btw, if i'm not wrong, fukuda also appear in Exkaiser as writer ( But, not as main writer )
