my current acrylic nails
all done by me, i used nsi liquid and powder - black , radiant white and purely pink mask 
the flowers are 3D flowers also made with acrylic :3 i love spots! the black spots are also acrylic surrounded by white acrylic, so the pattern is not tips! i used clear tips to do this!!
(the white dots around the smile lines are painted on

I live in Argentina xD I'm self-taught too, but never in my life have I seen the color powder and stuff for 3D art u__u Maybe it's just that I'm not well-informed enough xD Thing is, nail art's not all that popular down here xDD

still its cheaper then buying the brand products from nail salons, the brand i use here is NSI .. the set i got of colours (i think it had 12 colours in) was about £40 so thats about $65 or so.. but i cheated.. my daddy bought me them for christmas xD

That's.... oh screw it, it's a lot of money AHAHAHAHA xD And I have to save up to go to Chile for the VAMPS concert so... it'll have to wait. Or make do with whatever I have at hand

make 3d with the white hten carefully paint it? oh now wait
buy white powder cheap and then use mica powder (eyeshadow) and mix a little with the white powder and it will change the colour of the acrylic :3 it works ive done it before n_n
