Step by step - Kofuku

Step #1
Sketch. I skip additional layers with anatomy and perspective (I always delete them when I have got final sketch to have a clear layers window ;w; ).
Step #2
Second step is lineart. I work on about 2800x4000 pixels canvas and I use 7-8 pixels pen brush for it. I also use different types of stabilizer.
Step #3
Next step is adding base color. Each element I color on a seperate layer.
Step #4
Now I put first shading on a cliping layer above my seperate layer with base color. There is also second color shading in some places like hairs or clothes.
Step #5
It's details time. In this step I add glow in the eyes, hairs reflections, pattern on tie and some overlay layers to get beter colors. I also color locked lineart layer.
Step #6
We have a final art. But before finishing I add some multiply layer to get shadow on the character and background. There is also overlay layers to give more life to the drawing and additional layer with a white glow.
