So as shown with Samurai there's differences between Sentai world and Ranger world, and well we did get Gosei/Megaforce Green showing up at the begining so i got to thinking, since each team has subtle differences what would Megaforce have, and then I started thinking, well they also have Gokiager as a power up so what if the Megaforce suits were a more natural fit for Gokaiger so i tried to combine aestetics. Thoughts?

2/15/14 update: Did a variant where the girls have colored skirts. Why? Because Conceptually it makes more sense for when they go Super Megafoce (Gokaiger) that their coat growl longer, opens up, and the belt, boots, gloves, and helmet just change shape. What do you think?

normally i hate it when people redesign a suit in powerrangers or super sentai the first thing uniform is add the color black over everythingΒ but in this it really is a good choice as it serves to be a bridge between the uniforms

that was the idea, i look at the design itself and think "ok 2 very different suits so how do i bridge the difference" when i redesigned samurai suits its was more about aestics which is why really the only change was the color of the neck

andZyuranger was about anctient warrors, i dont mind the pirate theme but the upgrade could have been handled ALOT better

IMHO, black as secondary color for Megaforce is somewhat confusing, since they have a black ranger.Β I dunno, the pure black costumes seem somehow out of balance and the costumes with the colored skirts just look strange, with this empty black space between the skirt and the vest...

was thinking about that, pondering a 3rd variant that pulls the vest down to gokaiger length but for that i'll probably need a artist, the idea being that the Gokaiger coats ARE the gosienger vets just opened up (sorta like Kamen Rider Double Xtreme)

yeah still trying to figure out the logistics myself, maybe conneect the vest to the skirt liek a long tunic, lots of different way to do it

It does look more aesthetically pleasing but I admired the Goseiger/Megaforce suitsΒ for standing out as compared to the other ranger teams the suits really stand apart from the rest.
Also, this teams feels more a brainwashed version of the Megaforce team, there just gave ya an idea to use lol

well from a writer stand point i wanted to make a link between Gosienger and Gokaiger, still pondering if i should leave the skirts black or color them in their ranger colors and use a gold stripe because right now i could easily seem them having the same base and the Super MEga morph just changes the over coat, boots, gloves, and helmet.
I'm also pondering the idea of the Super Mega Mode replacing the Gokaiger Crest with the Gosienger crest (and recoloring green to black), or making the leaves on the jacket Β the same as the leaves on the old suit so conceptually what happens when they go super is the coat lengthens, the vest opens and they just turn up the color which aesteticall might be more pleasing.

Ironically that's what the flash games on nick.com do. The background is the Goseiger logo surrounded by the Gokaiger suit pattern.
