I MADE ANOTHER RANDOM BASE SO yeahIt is MSPaint friendly and feel free to use it for adoptables as long as you credit me when you use it. You can change it however you want, just please give me credit if you use it. I'm sorry if I'm being really annoying about credit, it's just nobody likes to have their art stolen. :<
