Description
*phew~!* Final version of this [link]I noticed I was missing A WHOLE BUNCH OF IMPORTANT STUFF THAT REALLY NEEDED TO BE ON THERE so I added it in. I'm still not 100% satisfied with it, and I kick myself for getting lazy and not putting down everything I know about drawing Ginga (I've studied that style in depth for over a year[ihavenolife;A;], so when I say I know a lot, I'm not bragging, arrogant as that may seem)
So yeah, I hope this helps... even more than that crappy excuse for a tut I posted earlier in the week X3
Feel free to show me anything made using this tut, or point out things that I should change in this tut, or just stuff about Ginga, I'm all ears
Fantastic references for dog anatomy:

PS: I've got one last addition to make to this tut -separately though. I'm planning to put together some info on Ginga expressions, and about the Koga dogs (Just to clear up some misconceptions)

Damn, that's very detailed! I never knew that those were shoulders, I always assumed they were like buff superhero-esque chests! Puts everything in perspective now...

Cool tutorial ^^ Especially helpful for all kinds of dogs, wolves etc, not only Ginga-style but every style. You point out some really great tips. Keep at it ^^

Hmm, well there are a few things that are valid in both Ginga and non-ginga styles, like the teeth, but for other styles I really would recommend drawing from observation on actual animals. There's lots of parts of the Ginga anatomy that wouldn't fly in any other style, like the muzzles.
Real dogs, wolves, foxes, hyenas etc. don't have cylindrical muzzles at all, but I see what you're saying C:
Thanks for your comment anyway
