Description
Some of the scenes I've made so far in my 3D environment creation class. We're using a program called VuexStream, and it's sweeeet. The images above took between 15-30 minutes to put together and render, all in Vue. It's essentially a point-click instant landscape type of program, where you work smarter not harder and cheat it as much as you can (that's what I've learned so far anyway). You can drop in trees and grass (by species!), drop in clouds (by type!), add erosion to your terrain (by process!) and lots of cool things like that. You can also make planet scenes, and adjust the phases of the moon and stuff. Even load your own image and set it as the moon (my teacher showed us this by doing a fish in place of the moon).
Those red strata rocks are for you, comixqueen !

For srs, though, these look awesome! (A little on the obviously-digital side, but still awesome!)

Aww, Vue is the best. I was sad when my old hard drive destroyed itself and took the program with it.

Sounds like a really cool program! I'm particularly intrigued by being able to drop certain trees & grass in by species! (horticulture nerd alert! x3) That's a cool detail. Amazing work!
