I actually started making speedpaints with Movie Maker too (that was a long time ago). I didn't find it too hard to use but it lacked many options and effects I wanted to do //which turned it into something hard in the end x'D
I've tried more complex programs like After Effects and Adobe Premiere but oh gosh... I really don't understand those programs, like I have to type for a new tutorial every 5 minutes and that drives me crazy.
But I like Camtasia's simplicity, you can basically do everything just by drag&drop things.

but I have this problem. 400% is the fastest speed that I can use, whitch makes my video too long

separate the video and audio then delete the audio

That's so strange, I've never had that problem o,o you should be able to speed it up to 5000 or so I believe it's the maximum.
Maybe there's a problem with the format of the video you're trying to edit, I really don't know, I've never stumbled upon a similar problem.
