Hey, I AM working! But this "Letters" has to be good - I explain later. This time, each panel has concept-quality and I could post each panel separately. If you like, I will; we will see ^^So please, be patient. I am making progress

Also I'd say you should wait and release it all at once, it's better to have a whole thing to look at than several single pictures.

No, you are absolutely right! If I read things, I rather wait but have the whole thing, rather than cliffhanger after cliffhanger. Frustrating.

[link] - The lackadaisycats comics actually do "bigger" updates instead of the usual 3-4 panel updates of many others. It's from reading that I have developed a taste for "bigger" pieces rather than small fractions.

First I thought "oh, good style" - although I donΒ΄t like digital. Then I saw the extreme brutality and immense amount of violence...
And then I regard the fact, that they want to censor sexy drawings, while this splatter-orgy can be published without problems

Well it is certainly not for people easily offended. It is a comic built around the prohibition and a group of criminals.
As for moral censorship, I will state what I always state: It stunts creativity. :/

The artstyle is a bit minimalistic but the comics are amusing to cat owners!

Complicated topic. Generally I agree. No censorship for arts. But only if you have artists showing responsibility. I donΒ΄t want to see pictures of cats who get their head smashed in with a spike. Not in reality, not in a comic. If some "artist" thinks, it has some artistic value to show something like that, then itΒ΄s his or her personal opinion, but such a scene shouldnΒ΄t be FORCED onto me, with the excuse, that it is art. The artist may have the right of free expression, but I have a right of being physically and psychologically unharmed. So I would at least expect a warning - or this webcomic should be in a secured area, that can only be accessed by a login - and those who log in, must be aware, what they have to expect.
People behave differently and they feel differently. For the artist, it may be a drawn fable, where animals stand in for men. But I see a cat being brutally mutilated and I donΒ΄t give a SHIT, if itΒ΄s a fable. I cannot help it - I do have enough imagination to transfer this scene into the real world and it touches me in a very very nasty way.
And I say FUCK the artist. FUCK her. May she experience something equally nasty, that I experienced, when seeing this panel.
You know, itΒ΄s the same with nowadayΒ΄s directors. They show all sorts of brutality and violence, because the majority of watchers is so blunt, that they demand cruelty. ItΒ΄s the only way to make them spend their money. Panem et cicensis. Bread and games. It worked 2500 years ago, it is working still. And people are still blunt, stupid and undereducated enough to fall for that sort of entertainment, not realizing that they are getting screwed. ThatΒ΄s why I do not watch mainstream cinema anymore. By the way, I have seen all movies that you recommended. Thank you again. I had a splendid time.

Well even gorey art has it rights in my opinion. It shouldn't be hung it public, neither shouldn't sexual art as it can provoke certain people from certain cultures. It's technically me should be blaming for the negative feelings you felt when you saw the comic, as it was me who sent you towards it. I somewhat figured it wouldn't perturb you which is my fault.
Animal cruelty pictures always make me feel uneasy, I'm however good at seperating real and drawn pictures in my mind. Maybe it's because I grew up in a generation where slapstick was the humour used by most cartoons.
Lackadaisy is a great comic aside from the violence, but I respect that it is not for you.
I think that's why slasher and action movies don't appeal to me. I want a good story with good acting and preferably something that makes me feel another emotion than boredom or apathy.

No, I cannot blame you, because I often check online comics myself and there is a great chance, that I might have found it anyway. Also you didnΒ΄t know about that "soft spot" of mine. I do. So I should have been more careful.
I totally understand you and your motives. And I agree with you. As crazy as it sounds, Kyoko is a drawn character, but she is real for me. 100% - I watch cartoons or animated movies and "forget", that I am watching something artificial. I always hated the WarnerBros. stuff, because of the flying anvils and the suffering of the characters. Believe it or not, but I fast-forward "Itchy and Scratchy", when watching The Simpsons. I will definitely keep Lackadaisy in mind. To avoid it 
If you like good stories and good acting, check out "Kontroll" (which is a dark metaphor story playing in a Hungarian subway - absolutely brilliant). Also the Chinese movie "The Road Home", if you like Love Stories - first time I cried about half of the movie; the second time I cried from start to finish
If you like Fantasy (a little trashy, but only a little), you should watch the japanese movie "YinYang Master" and for absurd comedy I would recommend HongKongCinema "Flying Dagger" (not "House Of Flying Daggers", which is alright, but not comparable). And if you like it epic, you should watch "Hero", which is Chinese as well.
