Yeah. There's so many different things you can do with them. When I was little, I horded all the watercolor pencils that I could find.

This is really good! I love the composition and that you used watercolors (I actually didn't realize that watercolor pencils were a thing; I guess you learn something new every day ). As always, it turned out absolutely adorable! Drifloon's expression especially is really cute.
The only thing I would have done differently is that I think the two Pokémon should have some darker shading around the edges so they stand out from the background a bit better; either that, or maybe the background itself should be a little darker. The whole picture also looks a little blurry to me, though admittedly that might just be the photo, not the painting itself. I have a feeling that if it is the painting, darker shading might help with that, too.
Overall, though, I think you did a great job with it! Good luck in the contest!

It certainly has a summer feel to it! Just looking at it makes me want to go for a swim! XD
The shading is really good, as always. The pale colors contribute to the hot-day-effect, but I think they also make Wooper blend into the background a little. Other than that, it's a very nice painting!
