Beware of the Phooka! What is a Phooka? It's an Irish shapshifting goblin, and a very mischevious one at that!

After looking at Golden Morning, I had to come and look at your other works. This one is kinda cute in the strange way I define such defining adjectives; is a Phooka similar to a Kelpy/Kelsey? They're the shapeshifting horselike creatures that either pull a prank or drag you down to the bottom of a lake to eat you, depending on what source you look up. Anyway, nice job. ^^

Yep, that's basically what a Phooka is. If you hop on their back, they'll take you for a crazy ride, running like the wind- then dump you in a swamp.
Thanks for the nice comment.

Wow! I LOVE the wild eye, the flared nostril, and the wild mane! I also love the misty background - the perfect setting for a Phooka!

i didn't know that (shapeshifting goblin named Phooka), i have to look into that now!
although when you say it in a strong Irish accent, it does sound very rood. beware of the phooker indeed...
this caught my eye in the thumbnails. i really like the colour choice here, and the legs look fantastic. very cool idea, too!
