PART 2: [link]I've promised myself that I'll start making a new comic as soon as I complete Mass Effect 3, but I had totally different plans!
Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed the game pretty much, even if it looks like Mass Effect 2 with some downgrades. That ending... Damn, I can't remember when I was disappointed so much last time. So... I put my disappointment into this. I wish someone could warn me like that
The main theme is, of course, Mass Effect, and I think it's easy to see some Metal Gear stuff. Also there are references to Metalocalypse (gosh, I hope I made it recognizable enough) and Red Alert 3. Can you find them?

that's pretty much my reaction right there. and does the rest of your team die, and are transported to the afterlife, or do they just crashland on some planet. and if that's the case, then are they stuck, or is there the possibility of getting back home?

That's what I REALLY don't like about the ending. Why the hell Normandy was in hyperjump at that moment? And I don't like the fact that Shep and team won't see each other since the relays are gone (or Shep dead). I guess I was preparing myself to what Garrus said, sitting on the beach with a cocktail somewhere safe...

i know! at first i was all like "wait, why is tali with joker? are they a thing now? how did they get back on the normandy? why are they and garrus the only ones there? why were they fleeing the fight? and just why did i not get to spend more time with Tali?! I wanted to move into her new home on Rannoch with her...DX but yeah.

the bar doesn't increase above 3000, but you unlock new parts of the ending as your estimated military strength gets higher and higher. it can reach a maximum of 8000(4000 with no multiplayer).

well your readiness changes how much of your score is counted, so if you have 10,000 points and 50% readiness it's really 5,000 points instead.

now you don't. i got the synsiths ending with a 50% raiting(max paragon/allyed everyone/side quests done) and in my option is the best possable ending.

It makes no difference. Seriously, I have had the maxed resources and readiness because of multiplayer grinding and ME1 and ME2 data, yet I still got the same shitty 'Zordon Explosion'-style ending.

Hell, and in my case, I don't want to get a Gold Xbox Live account to play online. Online multiplayer is typically full of whiny people who call everyone "fags" and complain at everything.

seriously, it's not that bad. Sit down and play 3-4 rounds and you should have a high enough rating to get the best ending(given that you did everything else in the game perfectly).
If the game is done perfectly up to the end you need a minimum of 4000 estimated military strength, and if not perfect you need 5000.

Yep. Can't say I hate it, I enjoy co-op with friends in some games, but... Who needs it in Mass Effect? And making such a connection between singleplayer and multiplayer is a really, really, really wrong thing, in my opinion.

Multiplayer should never determine ANYTHING in single player.
I mean what about gamers who don't want to play with other people? Is Bioware saying that they're not worth it? That they'd rather make the multiplayer crowd happy instead?

I agree, what if you don't have Live or the internet. You're just screwed. For me, I don't really like playing online unless my friends play the game too. I hate playing with random people because I always end up hearing 12 year olds yelling obscenities.
