I use Fimo or Cernit.
You can use plain Clay

plain clay is fine!
Yes fimo is the bake-hard stuff, and for this project I used Milliput an air-drying clay that is very durable.
But plain clay is fine!

aww it's really not that hard. You need milliput or Kneadite, or some other 2-ingredient putty.
And some acrylics to paint it with

google it. it's a clay that becomes plastic-hard when it dries, no baking. Very cool.
