I watched the anime, haven't read the manga.
I liked the show, BUT I LIKED THINGS BESIDES THE FANSERVICE. (I wont say now as to not spoil for possible viewers)
Anyway,
One must never underestimate the perversion of a teenage boy who has always been considered below average.
The fact that it the source of his power makes him an unstoppable adversary.

I too like the non-ero parts of the story, for example this universe's version of Luzifer is amoung the most amazing Demon Lords I ever read about

I honestly thought that all the leaders for each, lets call them fractions, were well fitting to their rolls. I only disliked characters that the writers wanted you to dislike.
