I think the eyes seem more alive in Railgun S as opposed to Index, because the animation style is much better, much cleaner. I expect all the Sisters will have eyes like this, since the animation is better quality this time around.

I'm not sure about that... I saw the empty-eyed stares of Imoutos as a representation of them being "soulless clones". If they switch to more alive looking eyes it might become a bit harder to tell Mikoto and Imoutos apart. I mean, for a second there I thought it was actually Mikoto cosplaying as one of the Imoutos.

what Sousuke and Ledo have in common is a lack of the concept of Peace/"Not total War"
I fear that society will find Earth and decide to kill/enslave all humans into their System, I have also some strong suspicions about the Aliens. I think they were made by humans and are used to keep their militant society working since they have one Idea what to do with Peace.

I remember her... out of curiousity I read one chapter of Railgun and it actually happened to be the one with her. I laughed and Awwed at her interaction with Mikoto... and then Accelerator butchered her as she cuddled a present from her Onee-sama... How I HATED THAT GUY at that very moment...

Yeah, with Ledo it's actually much stronger, while Sousuke lived mostly for War he is more or less aware that there is peace somewhere. For Ledo he lived his whole life in a society focused purely on battle...
Wouldn't surprise me, to them Earth would be like a dream come true and with their tech they could easily build a colony there. The locals they'd probably see as barbarians to be either civilized and incorporated into their army or exterminate. And the scary thing is that even if Ledo TRIED to do something he wouldn't be able to. He is a Mook level combatant... you know... maybe in the end Ledo will be informed that there is a ship coming for him... so he'd fly away from Earth, living all his friends behind and would rejoin with the fleet not telling them anything about Earth. This series IS directed by Urobutcher after all...
Might be, alternatively AIs are the ones ruling the society and war against the aliens is their way to control the human population and keep it focused on something so they won't cause problems.

Pretty much, Mikoto very nearly started a fight to the death with him before her Imoutos stopped her. Can you imagine how humiliated and pissed off Mikoto must have felt? She was one of the most powerful beings in the story and couldn't do JACK to save her little sisters. And the one who actually saved them was a Powerless, Level 0 Touma...
Yeah, as I said Ledo is a Sousuke taken more seriously. While he acts under the logic of War he is intelligent and savvy enough to communicate with those who think differently.
Yeah wouldn't surprise me, he seems to be like a communist Political Commisar, making sure Ledo stays focused on his duties as a soldier...

I know the manga, humiliation and anger are nothing compared to her Guilt and helplessness, she even went as far as industiral sabotage and it did nothing to slow them even down

They had some bits of the personalities of their originals and disappeared after being beaten. So who would appear among them? Why Archer himself... though it wouldn't be Archer. Merely a projection based on Shirou's memories of him. He wouldn't even have his magic since Eternal Darkness couldn't exactly understand Nasu magic system. They probably wouldn't even fight, just sit back and talk with Archer snarking about Shirou abandoning his ideals and complimenting him from that while Shirou would just feel generally ill XD
