Technically they're the same person [same powers, bio-weapons made in nano-tech, they're clones of Tearju] but in different universes [alternate timelines??]:

-Black Cat Universe: Shonen-style, 12 years old, earthling origin, Eden system [absorbs almost every living to feed its core, cuasi-omnipotent, Tao energy too, woman/spaceship aspect], meets Sven, Train, Rins, etc.

-To Love Ru Universe: Ecchi-style, 24 years old, "alien" origin, Torneo and Doctor-san's kidnapping made results?, Darkness system [her physical and mental chains were broken, very powerful, makes worm-holes, demon/sexy bikini aspect] meets Mikan, Rito, Lala, etc.

Comparing they is pretty similar to compare Kid Trunks[Buu Saga] and Mirai/Future Trunks [Cell Saga]

Not sure about the Truns, they were essentially the same person with different development while Eve/Yami are different versions from different alternate realities but yeah.
