...Ive entered every freakin special day this month and finally I got in.
This was mostly drawn in paint but I added a few effects in photoshop. Just a baby poogle dreaming....it bothers me that my prize was a Ghostkerchief...worth 9K xP Better than a codestone, true, but then people get maraquan paint brushes from the AG and it makes you want to eat TNT :3
Still, a wins a win and its better to get in period xP And I know its crappy...but I'm practicing my pixel work! >.>

You're just as good at pixel art! Im < 3-ing that most adorable ribbon and the poogle's cute pose! Poo neopets are getting SO silly and annoying lately, most of the good art never gets in, but congrats on making it in! Hopefully you'll get a betta prize next time :3

Ugh a ghostkerchief are you serious!? That's a rip off! My friend got in and she got some weird negg that was worth 400k 0_0;
And congrats on making it in! Lol, I tried to get in for TWO WHOLE years, sending back to back pictures, never made it -_-;. Which is also one of the reasons I think neopets is a rip off.
The lineart and colors are smooth and nice, they look really cute ^_^. Especially the poogle...*huggles it* I luff its bow ;3. And the background is awesome! I wish I could do those kinds of backgrounds XD.

That is such crap -_- They shouldnt be allowed to do that....I mean all the prizes should be worth a certain amount, not this nonsense where some get prizes forth 5K and others 500K T_T

Hm. Some people get 3k crap and others get stuff that's over 2 million. Faaaaaaaaaaair. I tried emailing them about it, but they SUCK. I doubt they even read their email. Or maybe they just point and laugh at it.
