I never noticed how many design similarities these characters have, even though they're supposed to be completely different.Then again, I tend to put corded light balls, gloves and neck things on almost all my characters.
But yeah, the blue one is Newee, and the other is Litshadow.
I did this to practice giving characters more detail to their body shapes through shading.
