Exercising
Prowl and Optimus exercise separately and in their own ways most of the time. Optimus prefers going to the gym (mostly with his friend Sentinel and sometimes Rodimus tags along) and doing enough work to get that sexy figure. Prowl stays in shape through yoga/tai chi and ninjutsu. Before he moved in with Optimus, he often practiced the latter on the roof of his apartment complex (since his apartment was too small). He was noticeably thankful when Optimus had a backyard.
Running however is their exercising bonding time. ^^
Their, er, frank discussion of sex
Their sex lives are very different. Optimus is pretty normal and it's mostly vanilla. He isn't oppose to experimenting and performing little kinks here and there, but he won't go for anything outrageous. Prowl on the other hand used to be a massive slut and has tried a variety of different kinks. This does freak Optimus out a bit, though Prowl has to take it down a notch (in return, Optimus has to be willing to open up a bit more). Yay, compromise!

I have two wows that come to mind when I see this picture.
The first wow: Wow…I could see Prowl and Optimus doing this sort of thing, just chatting about their day while they run. Nice humor and storytelling. And you draw human TFs really well, especially when it comes to these two.
The second wow: Wow…I never heard of nantaimori until now. And I'm Japanese. O.O Well, I wasn't really knowledgeable of that sort of thing to begin with, Japanese or not.

This is how it would happen; Optimus convinces Prowl to strip for a moment so he can put sunscreen on the part of his shoulders that show, Prowl: BADTHOUGHTSBADTHOUGHTSBADTHOUGHTS <--- is distracted, Bee: takes advantage of this, steals shirt and flees.
Thus when Prowl comes back to himself, the Bee and his shirt are already gone and he must remain half-naked.
And there was much rejoicing.
